Since 1966, Millennium Film Workshop has been an artist-led space committed to expanding access to filmmaking tools. Through workshops, screenings, and its role as a non-commercial production hub, Millennium has helped launch the careers of filmmakers such as Stan Brakhage, Todd Haynes, Yvonne Rainer, Carolee Schneemann, Sue Friedrich, Michael Snow, and Andy Warhol, playing a significant role in breaking down the financial barriers to filmmaking.
