Rachel Phillips is an artist who lives in Bushwick, Brooklyn. She received her BFA from Tyler School of Art and her MFA from Memphis College of Art. She has exhibited at “Nurture Art” and Orgy Park in Brooklyn, NY, “Brian Morris Gallery” and “Galerie Protégé” in Manhattan, NY, Concepto Hudson in Hudson, New York and the “Salon Space” in Berlin, Germany. This Fall she will be participating in the inaugural exhibition “Let the one of the loudest lay” at DeChiara Projects in Kingston, NY as well as “CHANGE”, an exhibition by Off Site Art/ArtBridge for the town of L’Aquila in Italy.

She is a founder and co-curator of the Parlour Bushwick Gallery located in Brooklyn, New York. Run by three artists, the gallery opened in 2012 and offers an alternative viewing space organized for artists to exhibit and be a part of an art community.
