Arts In Bushwick Benefit 2014. Picture by Paul D’Agostino.
In an effort to further the mission of Arts in Bushwick and support our year round community programming, this year’s Making History Exhibition & Benefit is an open call to all artists that have or had studios in Bushwick in the past ten years and/or recently participated in any group or solo show in a Bushwick Gallery.
This exhibition will run from April 19-May 10, 2015, culminating in a Benefit event where each ticket entitles you to entry and one piece of work by a local artist.
The proceeds from this ticket sale will go towards publishing a book in celebration of Arts in Bushwick and the tenth anniversary of Bushwick Open Studios, to be published in time for 2016. Our intention is to feature every artist who participates in the 2015 show and give them each a page with an image of their work that was in the show and the artists’ information.
Please visit our benefit page to learn more.
