A Hybrid Theatre Works – Artist Response Forum

In a series of public, site-specific performances around Bushwick, artists respond to the borders that divide our world, our country, our communities and ourselves. How and why do we create borders? How can we cross or dissolve them? What borders exist within Bushwick? Visually stunning and provocative public performances will address these questions and more, incorporating stories from the community, and using Bushwick as our stage. The audience will meet at a starting location, go on a walking tour of performances, and end in a rooftop party where they will have a chance to mingle with the artists, and enjoy complimentary food and drinks against the backdrop of the Bushwick skyline.
